Dear Mr. Pritchard: 

I am writing this letter to let you know how much my wife and I enjoy working with Arnold Reyes. Arnold is helping us refine our system to get exactly what we want. It is obvious that he enjoys his work and knows the audio world well. Quite simply, we could not get where we want to go with our system without Arnold.
