Our Charitable Efforts
MUSC Children's Theater
Audio Warehouse working in conjunction with the Elf Foundations is privileged
to be the driving force in the creation, installation and ongoing operation of
a 300 seat theater dedicated to, and for the benefit of children and their
families undergoing treatment at the Medical University of South Carolina.
This project also makes the movie experience possible for many under privileged
groups in the community. Papa Johns Pizza generously sponsors food and beverage
to the Theaters attendee's.
Ascend Foundation
The ASCEND Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending cancer by
empowering people to speak up so our country will make cancer a national
priority - as much of a priority as any war our country carries out. We
accomplish this through by creating a unified voice state by state, community
by community, person by person. A few of ASCEND's initiatives are outlined
below:
- Electronic Recycle Program Help fight Cancer; donating your unused
electronics to the ASCEND Foundation not only serves as a tax deductible
contribution but can help fund the fight against cancer.
- Governors Proclamation - ASCEND is reaching out to each governor and
educating them on the impacts of cancer asking them to declare cancer as a
health priority for their state and its citizens.
- Speak Out Program - through ASCEND' s website it is easy for those
touched by cancer to reach out to all of their government officials asking them
to join our effort to make ending cancer a national priority.
- Equipment Placement and Donation Program - wondering what to do with
your older A/V equipment that still has plenty of life left in it? Audio
Warehouse d/b/a Connected Lifestyle Engineering works with several local
non-profits by relocating working electronics to these organizations who
cannot afford to provide the fun and entertainment we enjoy coming home to.
These organizations include local Orphanage, Child Youth Development and Ronald
McDonald house to name a few. In most cases your contributions are tax
deductible.
